The fourth race on Day 3 of the 2023 Cheltenham Festival gets underway with the Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle at 3.30pm. One of the standout horses in that race is the Joseph O’Brien-trained Home By The Lee. The Irish racing trainer will be hopeful of one of his star horses claiming victory here for the first time at Cheltenham.

In terms of Cheltenham odds, Home By The Lee’s odds could well shorten as the Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle race approaches. Depending on the movement in the betting market he could go off a bit shorter than 13/2, given how well he has performed in recent starts over hurdles.
Blazing Khal and Flooring Porter will likely be Home By The Lee’s biggest threat in this one, along with the Gordon Elliott-trained Teahupoo. If Home By The Lee brings his best form here on Day 3 like we know he can, he has every chance here in the Stayers’ Hurdle.
O’Brien’s 8-year-old is certainly one of the biggest names in the race and an eye-catching horse here. He has every chance of claim his first Festival victory in the Stayers’ Hurdle on Day 3 of the 2023 Cheltenham Festival.
