Gary Anderson Players Championship Finals Odds
Scottish darting icon Gary Anderson has seen a resurgence in form this year, and comes into the Players Championship Finals as the number two seed behind Gerwyn Price, having won three Players Championship events in 2023.
“The Flying Scotsman” actually eliminated Price at the recent Grand Slam of Darts, and despite putting in an admirable performance in the quarter-finals, he was beaten 16-14 by eventual winner Luke Humphries.
In last year’s edition of the tournament, Anderson was sent packing in just the second round after being narrowly beaten 6-5 by eventual runner-up Rob Cross, having beaten Gabriel Clemens 6-4 in the first round.
He’ll be hoping for a better showing this time around, and based on his recent form – one can only expect that he’ll do just that, as he gets underway on the main stage against veteran Steve Beaton on Friday evening.
