Will Haaland Win The PFA POTY Award?
Despite starting on the bench for today’s match, the Norwegian international has undoubtedly been Manchester City’s star man. Scoring 37 goals in the Premier League so far, Haaland has broke the goal scoring record in his opening season.
Earlier in the season, Arsenal stars, Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka, had been in contention to challenge the City marksman. However, after the Gunners’ recent form, the pair have seen their chances diminish and now it seems a once horse race.
The former Borussia Dortmund striker may face competition from his Manchester City colleagues, as Kevin De Bruyne has enjoyed yet another impressive campaign.
Contributing to 23 goals, the Belgium international has ended the season in superb fashion and is on track to finish with the most assists in the league, contributing with a staggering 16.
