Erik ten Hag is now 5/1 to be the next Premier League manager sacked this season after his side were embarrassed at home by Galatasaray in the Champions League.

Manchester United put in an awful display against their Turkish opponents on Tuesday evening, which resulted in the Red Devils losing 3-2 in a five-goal thriller at Old Trafford.

Despite taking the lead early on in the match, United couldn’t retain their lead either time they went in front, which resulted in them losing their second Champions League game in a row.

Rasmus Hojlund scored two goals for his new club, but both times the Danish forward put his side in front they were immediately pegged back by an impressive Galatasaray side.

Wilfried Zaha managed to score against his old club to further rub salt into the wounds of United, with the Ivorian cupping his ears to the crowd after his equaliser in the first half.

Ten Hag has already been under a lot of pressure to deliver in Manchester this season after a difficult start to the year for his side and he has been priced at just 5/1 to be the next Premier League manager sacked after another defeat.

Manchester United’s next game comes as soon as Saturday, when they will face Brentford in what could be another difficult game for Ten Hag in the dugouts.
