Ahead of Tuesday night’s Euro 2024 qualifier, check out our England vs Italy predicted line-ups, team news and injury update. Read on to find out all you need to know about the Group C clash at Wembley.

Both sides head into the game after picking up wins last time out. Italy were impressive 4-0 winners against Malta on Saturday, meanwhile the Three Lions narrowly beat Australia in a friendly on Friday.

When these sides met in the reverse fixture back in March, England came out on top for the first time since 2012. It’s fair to say the Italians have a much better record when these have gone head-to-head in recent years.

England Vs Italy Team News & Injury Update

Gareth Southgate has a full squad to choose from barring the Bukayo Saka, who left the England training camp not long after he arrived due to a hamstring injury.

The Arsenal winger sustained the injury in the side’s Champions League defeat to Lens a couple of weeks ago, and missed their 1-0 win over Manchester City.

Other than Saka, England have plenty of options and are expected to heavily rotate following the 1-0 win over Australia on Friday night.

As for the Italians, they are without Premier League duo Sandro Tonali and Nicolo Zaniolo after they were both caught up in recent gambling allegations so withdrew from the squad.

They will also be missing Federico Chiesa who left the camp following a muscular injury so he joins Ivan Provedal and Mattia Zaccagni on the sidelines.
