England saw off Malta with ease as they made it three wins out of three in their Euro 2024 qualifier group. The England Euro 2024 odds still has them out as favourites along with France.
Malta set up with their back five looking to frustrate the England players, while counter attacking whenever they got a chance.
Unfortunately for Malta, England had Trent Alexander-Arnold in midfield pulling the strings. The Liverpool man found Bukayo Saka with an inch perfect pass, who then made a Malta defender score an own-goal.

Trent, who was the standout player in the first half, scored a screamer for England to make it two. The ball fell to him outside the box, and he found the opposite corner of the goal with ease.

Not finished there, Trent was involved in England’s third goal. After winning the ball back on the left-hand side, Trent skipped his man and put a ball into the area for Harry Kane. After some neat play, Kane found himself chasing a rebound, and he was fouled, penalty kick given. Kane scored the penalty to score his 50th competitive goal for England, becoming the first man to do so.

The second half was controlled by England as they scored another penalty, converted by Callum Wilson.
England ran out 4–0 winners on the night, cementing that the England Euro 2024 odds are correct to have them as favourites.
England Euro 2024 Odds: Will They Win The Tournament?
They’ve come so close to winning a first major trophy since 1966 in the past three major tournaments.
In the last Euros they were unlucky to lose to Italy on penalties. It was a defeat that will have taught the young England team a lot of lessons. Unfortunately they weren’t able to use those lessons in the last World Cup after losing to France in the quarter-finals.
This time out the bookies see England as joint favourites with France. You can get England Euro 2024 odds at 5/1 with most bookmakers.
England Euro 2024 Odds
England 5/1
France 5/1
Germany 11/2
Spain 7/1
Italy 9/1
