Former Manchester United forward Dimitar Berbatov says his old club should sign Napoli star Victor Osimhen this summer. After the Bulgarian’s comments, we’re taking a look at the latest Victor Osimhen next club odds.

The Nigerian international has been in phenomenal form this season for the Serie A table-toppers Napoli. He’s scored 25 goals in all competitions, and has helped his side reach the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time in their history.

Osimhen has also been pivotal in Napoli’s quest to end a 33-year wait without a league title, and they are 19 points clear at the top of the table. After winning 23 out of 27 league games this season, it’ll take a lot to catch them.

They face Italian rivals AC Milan in the last eight of the Champions League, and they sit in a perfect position to go all the way to the final. If they do go on to beat Milan over two legs, then they’ll face the winner of of the Inter Milan and Benfica tie.

Berbatov netted 56 times in 149 games for United, and he believes that Osimhen is the man they should turn to if they want to sort out their number 9 crisis.

Berbatov named a striker that United should sign.

“He’s very young, he’s great in the air, his speed is exceptional and the goals he’s scoring for Napoli are unbelievable. If they do go for a striker in the summer, then they should go for him over everybody else.”
