Bayern Munich are putting together an offer to tempt Eric Dier away from Tottenham Hotspur, sources have confirmed to SportsLens.

The German champions made an enquiry this week and now have the green light to make proposals around an agreement for the Spurs defender.
Dier, 29, is out of contract in the summer and is able to talk to foreign clubs about his next move but Bayern would be keen for him to link up this month.
At a time when Spurs are in negotiations for defender Radu Dragusin, and have other back-up options being looked at, this feels like a pivotal few days at the club.
Bayern have been on the lookout for a player who can add depth in the centre of defence and in defensive midfield and Dier’s situation on the fringes at Tottenham has led to increased intrigue.
They have had an eye on him since the summer and are putting together personal terms that could convince the player to make the move.
Tottenham to offload Eric Dier to Bayern Munich?
Dier is in his tenth year at Tottenham but has played less than 200 minutes of football across this season so far.
Bayern have also been exploring three other similar deals across Europe but are encouraged by the news that Dier is open to listening to a proposal.
While Dier has been happy to see out this season and then consider where he wants to play when we get to the summer, Bayern are believed to be one of the few clubs he would commit to right now.
A move to Bayern would see Dier link up with his old Spurs pal Harry Kane in Germany.
Everton are one of the other clubs interested in Dier but have not progressed anything at this stage.
