Bayern Munich are reportedly willing to sell Sadio Mane in the summer transfer window, as the German side look to lower their wage bill.
Making 38 appearances and scoring 12 goals for Thomas Tuchel’s side, the 31-year-old has failed to show the consistency that he managed at Liverpool.
In Bayern Munich’s last three Bundesliga matches, the former Southampton winger played a combined nine minutes and failed to appear in the club’s title-clinching victory against FC Koln.
However, Mane’s on-field performances have been overshadowed by controversy behind the scenes. After Bayern Munich’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City, Mane had an alleged physical altercation with teammate, Leroy Sane.
The Bundesliga champions suspended the Senegal international for one match, causing rumours over the relationship between Mane and his teammates to circulate.
Bayern are prepared to let the former Liverpool winger leave this summer, as they look to have a huge overhaul to boos their chances in next season’s Champions League.

Bayern clinched their 11th consecutive league title on the final day of the Bundesliga season and maintained their throne in Germany.
Borussia Dortmund were one win away from clinching the trophy, however, a 2-2 draw with Mainz 05 on the final day ended any dream of winning the league title once again.
Despite this, Thomas Tuchel will look back on the campaign with disappointment as his side were eliminated from the Champions League and DFB Pokal in emphatic fashion.
The former Borussia Dortmund manager was appointed earlier this year after Julian Nagelsmann’s surprise departure and Tuchel was unable to turn things around.
Mane’s exit would make an attacking signing a must in the summer window, as the German giants have been linked with Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane.
The Senegal international has two-years remaining on his current deal, meaning he could cost up to £30m. Newcastle and Liverpool have been linked with the 31-year-old, however, a move to Saudi Arabia is also on the cards.
