Barcelona winger Ferran Torres is wanted by Aston Villa this summer and could make a return to England on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Ferran Torres Lined Up For Return To English Football
The 23-year-old joined Manchester City in 2020 and spent 18 months with the Cityzens before joining Barcelona.
However, it looks like he could be on the move again. Barca are facing another summer with a tough financial situation and need to offload players to raise funds.

This familiar situation at the Nou Camp could see Torres return to the Premier League with Villa heavily interested in signing him.
Fellow Spaniard Unai Emery wants to bring the former City winger to Villa Park as he prepares his side for European football for the first time since the 2010/2011 season. Emery guided the Villains to a seventh place finish earning them qualification to the UEFA Conference League.

Villa want a loan deal with an option to buy Ferran Torres at the end of the season for €25m (£21.5m). Barca are not overly keen on a loan and would prefer a sale due to the financial situation they find themselves in.
This deal could work out similarly to the Philippe Coutinho deal who joined Villa permanently last season after an initial loan spell.
Newcastle United were previously interested in Torres, but that interest has now wore off.
