The line-ups for tonight’s Premier League clash between title hopefuls Arsenal and relegation battlers Southampton have been revealed, with a surprise inclusion in Mikel Arteta’s midfield.

The Spanish manager has made two changes to the side that drew 2-2 away at West Ham on Sunday. Arsenal had a two goal lead after ten minutes and could have made it 3-1 before the hour but Bukayo Saka missed from the spot.

Two minutes later, Jarrod Bowen scored the decisive equaliser to snatch a vital point for the hosts and two away from the title challengers. The left hand side of Kieran Tierney and Granit Xhaka in the draw has been replaced tonight with Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabio Vieira.

Southampton boss Ruben Selles has made three changes to the side that lost 2-0 to Crystal Palace with Adam Armstrong, Romain Perraud and Mohamed Elyounoussi come into the team – Joe Aribo and Kamaldeen Sulemana drop to the bench whilst Ainsley Maitland-Niles is unable to face his parent club.
