KINGS JUSTICE (system – Catterick chases, won another Catterick chase last time)
Catterick is a track for course experts and chase winners have a good record when bidding to follow up in another races over fences at the Yorkshire venue, landing 18 of their 44 starts for a profit of £20.76 to a £1 level stake at SP. KINGS JUSTICE has improved for cheekpieces over course and distance the last twice, finishing second at 18-1 before a narrow 6-1 victory. He can score again.
CATTERICK 2.05
GOLDEN MAVERICK (system – Zarak, turf runners)
Progeny of the sire Zarak have a good record on turf, landing 19 of their 100 starts on the Flat (+£150.41 to a £1 level stake at SP) and nine of their 21 over hurdles (+£2.91). GOLDEN MAVERICK, who won five times on the Flat for In Williams last year, changed hands for 100,000gns in the autumn and can make a winning debut for in-form Jamie Snowden.

TRUE PROMISE (system – Newcastle AW debut winners)
Horses who win on Newcastle’s Tapeta surface when making their racecourse debuts have a fin e record when bidding to follow up, landing 51 of their 148 starts (34.5%) for a profit of £23.10 to a £1 level stake at SP. Those returning to Newcastle won 13 of their 28 starts (46.4%, +£6.99) and TRUE PROMISE, who forced a dead-heat over 6f here on his debut, looks sure to appreciate the extra furlong and can follow up.
