Josh Rock Players Championship Finals Odds
“Rocky” Josh Rock has quickly established himself as one of darts’ hottest prospects since bursting onto the scene in 2022 and just last week he made his first ever major quarter-final.
The Northern Irishman done a clean sweep of Group B, going unbeaten as he defeated Chris Dobey, Jonny Clayton and Berry Van Peer in one of the toughest groups. He then demolished Krzysztof Ratajski 10-5 in the second round before he was knocked out by James Wade in a last-leg decider after missing multiple match darts.
However, despite his exit from the tournament it would have been a scintillating experience for the 22-year-old in his first TV quarter-final and improvement from that will come in no time.
He takes on Rowby-John Rodriguez in the first round on Friday in a game he should be able to dominate. Rock heads into the tournament in good form and if he can replicate his Grand Slam performances, he could go far. He hit 22 180s across five games last week and his scoring can see him do well at Butlin’s Minehead.
With odds of 25/1 with BetMGM to win the Players Championship Finals, it’s certainly an attractive price and could be worth a quid or two each way.
