Luton vs Burnley Preview
The Hatters host Burnley on Tuesday night in a rescheduled game from Gameweek 2 as the game couldn’t take place before, due to Kenilworth Road being under refurbishment.
This contest will be seen as a huge early season six-pointer with both sides struggling so far. However, Luton made history at the weekend after winning their first ever Premier League game, winning 2-1 away at Everton. Picking up three points at Goodison Park saw the side move one point clear of the relegation zone.
As for Burnley, they’re still without a win this season and sit second bottom with just one point after five games. Vincent Kompany’s side have endured a tough start to life back in the top flight and will hope to pick up their first league win of the season in this one.
The Clarets did beat Luton the last time the the two sides met when they recorded a 1-0 win in the Championship back in February, but things are quite different now.
We should be in for a closely contested affair as both will be fighting for a crucial three points and it could go either way.
