Chelsea Top Four Odds Drift Again Following Underwhelming 0-0 Draw With Bournemouth

Chelsea were disappointing as they drew 0-0 with Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, so following the result we are taking a look at the latest Chelsea top four odds, which have drifted once again.

Bournemouth Hold Chelsea To 0-0 Draw

It was another frustrating afternoon for Chelsea as they failed to score and win for a second consecutive game, and now have just five points from their first five games of the season. The Blues currently occupy 14th in the table.

Bournemouth are still yet to win in the league under their new manager Andoni Iraola, taking their winless run to nine games in the Premier League.

Chelsea did have chances, but were wasteful and could not find the back of the net. Mauricio Pochettino’s side had 14 shots on goal but only managed six on target.

They also hit the post twice, through Nicolas Jackson and Raheem Sterling either side of half-time. Chelsea fans were clearly left unimpressed and boos were heard coming from the away end at full-time.

The visitors did have the ball in the back of the net at one point, however the goal was ruled out immediately. Raheem Sterling’s ferocious free-kick hit the woodwork and Levi Colwill fired a rebound home, but he was judged to be offside.

Pochettino’s side were wasteful, and it seems to be taking a long time for the players to click. If they improve their finishing in the coming weeks, then points and more wins will come, but there is still a lot of work to be done for the West London side.
