England take on Scotland in the 150th Anniversary Fixture. The England starting eleven has been confirmed with changes been made from the draw against Ukraine.
Although it’s a friendly, there’ll be nothing friendly about the atmosphere when Scotland and England walk out at Hampden Park.
England drew to Ukraine on Saturday in what was a frustrating game. The result and performance wasn’t what we’d expect from a strong England side. They lacked creativity and struggled to break down the well-organised Ukraine defence.
Some question marks have been raised over Gareth Southgate’s team choice after he opted to pick Harry Maguire and Jordan Henderson.
Tonight they face an in-form Scotland team who would love nothing more than beating England in front of a packed out Hampden Park.

Lewis Dunk and Kalvin Phillips are the two inclusions that catch the eye. They’ll be straight swaps for Henderson and Maguire in the England starting 11.
Marcus Rashford and Phil Foden also come in, replacing James Maddison and Bukayo Saka in the side. Aaron Ramsdale and Kieran Trippier also comes into the side. Trippier will be the left back, with Kyle Walker staying as right back.
