City have only improved their squad in the transfer market with the signings of Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea for £25m and Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig for £78m.
The only key player they’ve lost is Riyad Mahrez and whilst this may hurt, it offers an even greater role for youngster Julian Alvarez to move into who scored nine goals in just 13 league starts last season.
The Citizens are odds-on favourites to retain the crown for a reason. Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne are two of the best in the world at what they do and have no plans of slowing down.
