Brentford are quickly on their way to becoming an established Premier League side having improved significantly since their promotion in 2021 and finishing in the top half of the table last season.

Led by Thomas Frank, the Bees are regarded as one of the most efficient football clubs in the country and have made a couple of impressive moves in the transfer market this summer.

With that in mind, here is Brentford’s confirmed squad for the 2023-24 Premier League season.

Can Brentford Survive Without Star Striker Ivan Toney Until January?

Ivan Toney was banned from football for eight months in May after admitting 232 breaches of the FA’s betting rules and will return on January 16, 2024.

The Bees have been quick to act in the transfer market and snapped up Germany U21 international Kevin Schade from SC Freiburg on a permanent transfer for £22m to lead the line in west London.

Brentford also brought in goalkeeper Mark Flekken for £11m from Freiburg ahead of David Raya’s imminent departure to Arsenal. Nathan Collins from Wolves for £23m should also prove to be a fantastic bit of business.

Toney scored 20 league goals last season and Brentford will certainly struggle without his presence, but they’ve strengthened well in other areas and should be just fine.
