Mbappe Wanted By Premier League Clubs

There is said to be at least five clubs that have contacted PSG over a stunning move for Mbappe, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham all rumoured to have been in touch.

Real Madrid also hold a long-standing interest in his services, but could wait a year to sign him on a free next summer. Mbappe has one year left on his current contract and is refusing to sign an extension. PSG hierarchy believe that their superstar forward already has a “gentlemen’s agreement” with Madrid over a free transfer next July.

Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal have reportedly submitted a formal bid to PSG of €300m for Mbappe according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

PSG are not willing to lose Mbappe on a free next summer, so could sell him if the right offer comes in. They are rumoured to want at least £150m if he is to be sold before the new season gets underway.

The French champions have put Mbappe up for sale and left him out of their pre-season tour of Asia where they will travel to Japan and South Korea.

Mauricio Pochettino is targeting a move for the 24-year-old, but their lack of European football could prove difficult to lure him to Stamford Bridge.

Spurs are also keen on Mbappe and with PSG also being heavily linked to Harry Kane this summer, they could offer Kane as part of the deal.
