Kyle Walker has agreed to join Bayern Munich and will leave Manchester City this summer to join forces with Thomas Tuchel’s Bundesliga champions, according to a report.
Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that Walker, 33, is set to agree a move to join Bayern and he will inform Pep Guardiola of his decision in the coming hours.
The right-back has been identified as a key target by former Chelsea boss Tuchel which paves the way for French international Benjamin Pavard to leave the club imminently.
Walker and Bayern have come to an agreement on a two-year deal with the option for a further year, but the two clubs are still yet to agree a fee to finalise the move.
According to Bundesliga betting sites, Bayern are 1/3 to win the title for a 12th consecutive year and their odds will likely become even greater with this addition.

Walker won five Premier League crowns at City alongside four League Cups, two FA Cups and the club’s maiden Champions League title, cementing his legacy as one of English football’s greatest full-backs.
He left Tottenham Hotspur at 27-years-old without a trophy to his name and six years later has 14. A new challenge in Germany awaits the defender, who made 254 appearances for City and played over 20,000 minutes.
The reigning Premier League champions were reportedly keen on extending his contract but will now have to assess other options in the position, including the possibility of re-integrating Joao Cancelo back into the fold.
The Portuguese international joined Bayern on loan in January until the end of the campaign but has since returned to Manchester. Barcelona are reportedly amongst the interested clubs for his signature.
