Willian is said to have been offered better terms by Forest which includes the opportunity to end his career at partner club Olympiacos.

Fulham have also offered an improved contract after the Brazilian turned down the first.

The 35-year-old impressed on his return to the Premier League last season and scored five goals and recorded six assists. He was a key member of the Fulham squad, helping them to a top-half finish.

Willian is also subject to interest from Saudi Arabian sides, and the two-time Premier League winner is set to make his decision in the coming days.

While playing for Chelsea over seven years, Willian also won the Europa League. His career has also been successful on an international level, and was capped 70 times by Brazil. In 2019, he won the Copa America and also has nine goals for his country.

With Willian potentially on his way to the City Ground, Fulham may step up their race to sign out-of-favour Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi. The Cottagers are reportedly interested in the 22-year-old who has also had interest from Forest and Saudi Arabian clubs.
