Forest Launch Offer For PSV Maestro Ibrahim Sangare

Sangare would be a statement signing for the Reds, who wanted to sign him last summer but was considered out of their price range.

The 25-year-old has been subject to plenty of interest in the past couple of seasons and has previously been linked to a hot of top clubs. Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs are all reportedly admirers of the Ivory Coast international.

Forest do actually play PSV in a friendly on July 30th in Eindhoven, and will hope that Sangare is their player by then. However, for now the ball looks to be in the Dutch side’s court considering the player is under contract until 2027.

Sangare was a key player for his side last season after helping PSV lift the KNVB Cup and Johan Cruyff Shield as well as achieving a second place finish.

He made 29 appearances in the Eredivisie last season scoring five goals and recording one assist.

Last summer, Forest wanted Amadou Onana, Cheick Doucoure and Anton Stach, but all three ended up moving elsewhere.
