Ex-Arsenal talent Ainsley Maitland-Niles is subject to interest from four Premier League sides after being released by the Gunners.

Maitland-Niles Wanted By Four Top Flight Clubs

The 25-year-old is among 10 players being released by Arsenal with their contracts set to expire on Friday.

Maitland-Niles was not included on the Gunners’ retained list, bringing an end to his 20-year stay at the club.

He joined the club in 2003 aged six and went on to make 72 first-team appearances. The versatile full-back/midfielder made his Arsenal debut in a 4-1 Champions League win back in 2014 when he replaced Aaron Ramsey at half time.

And now with the Hale End graduate leaving, he is receiving interest from four Premier League clubs.

According to reports, Everton, West Ham, Sheffield United and Crystal Palace have all been in contact with the player.

However, Maitland-Niles is not just attracting attention from the top flight, with several Championship clubs also understood to have contacted his representatives.

And the interest goes even further than England, Turkish side Galatasaray, Trabzonspor and Fenerbahce are all monitoring the player. An unknown Bundesliga side have also made contact.

Maitland-Niles spent last season on loan at Southampton where he made 22 league appearances but couldn’t do enough in the side to prevent relegation.

He has also had loan spells at Ipswich Town, West Bromwich Albion and Roma.
