Manchester City are in talks with Kyle Walker over a contract extension to keep the defender at the club amid interest from Bayern Munich.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Citizens want to extend Walker’s stay at the Etihad after enjoying dominant success together since his arrival in 2017.
The 33-year-old is a five-time Premier League champion alongside lifting four League Cups, two FA Cups and one Champions League title under Pep Guardiola at City.
Reports suggest that the player is keen to remain in Manchester despite rumours of a £15m move to Munich where he would join forces with Thomas Tuchel.
Walker left Tottenham Hotspur at 27-years-old without a trophy to his name and six years later has 14, cementing his legacy as one of English football’s greatest full-backs.

According to Premier League betting sites, Manchester City are an odds-on price of 8/15 to win the title once again next season.
You certainly couldn’t blame Walker for extending his stay with one of the best dynasties world football has ever seen, but a new challenge in Germany could be attractive to the player.
In 254 appearances for the club, Walker has scored six goals and played over 20,000 minutes.
