West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is set to shock the club he’s been with for almost a decade and make the move across London to join Arsenal.
Rice joined the West Ham academy after being let go by Chelsea in 2014 and has gone on to make 244 appearances for the Hammers, scoring 15 and assisting 13.
However, according to the latest markets from Premier League betting sites, Rice is an odds-on price to make the switch to the Emirates this summer.
The Gunners are searching for a permanent Granit Xhaka replacement who is expected to depart shortly, leaving a midfield spot open to slot in alongside Thomas Partey and Martin Odegaard.

A deal for the player is expected to advance following next week’s UEFA Europa Conference League final, where West Ham face off against Fiorentina with the chance of winning a first major title since 1980.
The prospect of playing in the Champions League is likely to greatly interest Rice, 24, who is widely regarded as one of the Premier League’s elite defensive midfielders.
Despite heavy interest from Bayern Munich, the consensus appears to be that the England international’s desire is to stay at home and will reject any advance from Germany.
