Lionel Messi has been suspended by PSG for two weeks after he went on a personal promotional trip to Saudi Arabia without permission. The Argentine forward’s contract is up this summer, and we’re taking a look at the latest Lionel Messi next club odds.

The 35-year-old is understood to have not been given permission for his trip and has been suspended for two games and fined two weeks’ wages after lengthy talks between the club’s hierarchy.

Messi was pictured in Riyadh on Monday and advertised his arrival on social media. The former Barcelona star is an ambassador for tourism in Saudi Arabia, so makes regular trips there.
