Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew made a good profit with his buy of NOONIE (2nd, 10-1)at Stratford on Sunday and has two recommended bets/trades on Monday, April 24th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
PONTEFRACT 3.35
DO I DREAM was well drawn in stall 3 of 15 when scoring over course and distance last time out (first three drawn 3, 4, 12 and 1) but might be worth opposing from stall 15 of 16 today. Since the beginning of 2012, well-drawn (stalls 1, 2Â or 3) one-mile Pontefract winners are just nine from 93 when bidding to follow up and backing them blind would have returned a loss of ÂŁ53.80 to a ÂŁ1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 15.32). Sell in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market.
Recommendation: Oppose DO I DREAM in Pontefract 3.35
WINDSOR 5.30
The Racing Post Spotlight writer has opted for the Stuart William-trained HARRY THE HAGLER in the 1m Class 6 handicap at Windsor today (5.30) but I’m not convinced that the three-year-old will be suited by the return to turf after his runner-up effort on Lingfield’s Polytrack in late March. His trainer has a poor recent record on turf, scoring with just 33 of his 573 runners (5.8% strike-rate) since racing resumed after lockdown for a huge loss of £287.97 to a £1 level stake at SP. Sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Oppose HARRY THE HAGLER in Windsor 5.30
