Crystal Palace vs Leicester Preview

Roy Hodgson gets his second era underway at Palace this weekend when his side host Leicester. The sides meet with the hosts sitting in 12th, and the visiting Foxes sitting in 17th, with just two points separating the two.

It’s a vital game in the context of the relegation battle, with either side knowing a win would be huge. A win for Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester would take them above Palace, but anything else could prove costly for the Foxes.

Palace’s last win came on New Year’s Eve, when they beat Bournemouth away from home, meaning the side haven’t won a game in 2023. They were hammered 4-1 by Arsenal last time out.

As for Leicester, they’re without a win since February, and in their last outing drew 1-1 against Brentford.

In the reverse fixture, the sides drew 0-0 at the King Power Stadium
