Bukayo Saka is in line to become the highest paid player at Arsenal with a new contract extension in reward for his impressive performances this season.
Saka’s current deal at the Emirates runs through the 2024-25 season with an estimated weekly wage of £70,000, totalling £3.6 million annually.
The 21-year-old recently became the first Premier League player to tally double digits in goals and assists this season, ranking sixth in goals (12) and second in assists (10).
17 of Saka’s 22 goal contributions in the league have taken the lead for Arsenal or equalised the game (seven of his ten assists and ten of his 12 goals).
In his new contract, the England international is poised to take home over £15 million in total – amassing over £300,000 a week, putting him alongside the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland and David De Gea as the Premier League’s top earners.
The deal is expected to fall short of Mesut Ozil’s £350,000-per-week salary, but Saka is likely to be making more than names like Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford and Phil Foden.

Can Saka lead Arsenal to Premier League glory?
