Has been the big Gold Cup fancy for much of the season as Galopin Des Champs looks to give Willie Mullins his third win in the race. Fell in the Turners late on last year but has bounced back in great style his season and impressed in the Irish Gold Cup last time. Can make amends here for last year’s disaster.
4.50: Mares’ Chase RTV: ALLEGORIE DE VASSY @ 5/4 with BoyleSports
Looks another big chance on the day for owner Rich Ricci. This talented mare has won both starts over fences and her last 4 in total. Both wins for Allegorie De Vassy over the bigger obstacles have been by 19 lengths and at just 6 years-old looks to have a very bright future ahead.
