Stefano Pioli’s side drew 0-0 with Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday night to secure a place in the Champions League quarter-final.
Milan have won the competition on seven different occasions: 1963, 1969, 1989, 1990, 1994, 2003 and 2007.
Brahim Diaz’s seventh minute opener in the first leg proved to be the crucial goal and Milan didn’t seem in any way phased against Spurs despite an unsettling 2-1 defeat to Fiorentina on Saturday.

Tottenham’s trophy drought continues, having last won silverware 15 years ago and Antonio Conte looks set to face the sack after taking over from Jose Mourinho in 2021.
Milan finished second in Group E, winning three, drawing once and losing twice. The Rossoneri beat Dinamo Zagreb twice, Red Bull Salzburg once and lost both games against Chelsea.
Spurs were heavy favourites heading into the tie after finishing top of Group D. Returning to the Champions League after a two-year absence, the north London side are now back at square one.
They must also face the prospect of losing Harry Kane in the summer, who is favourite to join Erik ten Hag’s project at Manchester United and compete for silverware at Old Trafford.
