In the latest Declan Rice transfer odds, Arsenal have been identified as the favourites to land the midfielder after deploying a ‘secret agent’ in an attempt to complete the signing.

Reports have suggested that the Spaniard is eyeing four new signings this summer. It is believed Arteta would like two central midfielders, as well as a winger and a left-back.
One person who may fill one of those roles is Declan Rice. The West Ham captain is said to be one of Arsenal‘s top transfer targets, but face stern competition for his signature.

The Gunners may soon have a breakthrough in pursuit for his signature however. According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal have deployed a ‘secret agent’ in an attempt to sway the midfielder towards moving to the Emirates.
It is said that the club are using Jack Wilshere to convince Rice to join.
They are known to have “formed a close relationship during their time playing together” and “have remained tight”.
The Daily Mail’s report also says that Wilshere’s influence may help decide Rice’s next club.
In the latest odds for his transfer, Arsenal are the clear favourites at 2/1. Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United all follow at 9/2 and 8/1 respectively.
