Tony Carroll’s six-year-old, upped to Class 5 level when returned to the Sunbury venue for his latest outing, did very well to grab third in a race run at a steady pace and would surely have fared better with a stronger gallop. He drops back down to Class 6 level today and should get a decent pace to aim at with likely front-runner Healing Power drawn on his inside. Charlie Appleby’s filly can be expected to improve considerably with that run under her belt and has sound claims under in-form apprentice Billy Loughnane.
