Zaha and Stormzy both grew up in Croydon and the takeover has been confirmed by the club.
The statement released by Croydon Athletic added: “The consortium will own, operate and develop their childhood hometown football club.
“While completion is subject to legislative and government procedures, the three consortium members are excited about developing a community asset in the borough that gave them their own opportunities.
“They hope to take the entire community on this exciting journey with them.”
Zaha and Stormzy have been friends for many years and the rapper attended a school just a short distance away from Palace’s Selhurst Park.
However, the 30-year-old’s Eagles future is in doubt and he is yet to agree a new contract at the club. His current deal expires at the end of June, but he has been offered a £200,000-a-week offer to stay.
