Taylor’s wife, Danielle Taylor, is 30-years-old and is said to have a successful career in her own right as a hairdresser. Much to the amusement of Taylor, his wife also loves boxing, just like him. However, we doubt he’d want to see his wife competing in the ring anytime soon.

Josh & Danielle Taylor Dating History
Josh Taylor and his wife Danielle reportedly met back in 2009 and have been together ever since. Now Taylor is 33-years-old, this means he met his wife back when he was just 18 or 19-years-old.
Taylor is a couple of years older than his wife. The pair were said to have hit it off as soon as the met back in 2009, and haven’t looked back since. After 11 years of dating, the world champion boxer asked Danielle to be his wife back in December 2020.
Taylor proposed to Danielle on a yacht, and was accompanied by his former trainer Ben Davison and sparring partner Lee McGregor. Fast forward to June 2022, and the pair finally got married. The wedding took place in Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland.
Kinmount House was the venue for the lavish do, attended by many of Taylor’s boxing friends, including former world champion Carl Frampton.
Taylor wrote on his Instagram: “The best weekend of my life. I married my beautiful best friend @daniellemurphy92_.
“Such an amazing weekend with beautiful people. Thank to everyone who made the journey to share & making this amazing weekend so much more special by the beautiful atmosphere you all set.”
The loved up couple are yet to have any children, but that could well be on the cards in the coming years. For now, it seems that ‘The Tartan Tornado’ and his wife Danielle are in a great place together and are deeply in love. Not only is Taylor winning inside the ropes, but he is doing well outside of them too.
