True Geordie, who is perhaps best known for his explosive rants on YouTube, has challenged Conor McGregor to a charity fight after the pair became embroiled in a heated exchange over social media.

Conor McGregor is certainly not one to shy away from an argument, but the cringeworthy unpleasantries exchanged between himself and YouTube content creator True Geordie have reached a tipping point.

The unfolding situation began when True Geordie – real name Brian Davis – posted a video on his channel labelled “Conor McGregor’s worrying interviews.”

The contents of the video largely focused around Davis’ concern for McGregor’s wellbeing, with the former UFC world champion recently seen out partying in drunken footage on a regular basis.

This, of course, got under the skin of the Irishman, who was quick to snap back with a quip of his own on Twitter, labelling Davis as “Mr Oestrogen” and saying he looks like he had been “scalded with a kettle” in a shocking voice note.

McGregor, who has since deleted the damning message, had been caught in a whirlwind of insults that day after also taking aim at fellow UFC fighter Matt Brown.

True Geordie has now responded with a genuine proposal for a charity fight, either in the octagon or boxing ring, which he believes would be nothing more than an exhibition given the disparity in size between the pair.

In an eyebrow-raising video uploaded to his channel, Davis said: “I would pick Conor McGregor up like a shopping bag with one arm. If you want to do a charity fight, anything, MMA, boxing, I don’t really give a s**t because I’m literally a giant compared to you. I’m more than twice the size of this man.

“I’m the size of the guys who Floyd Mayweather and you hire to protect them when you’re walking around in public. He is so small compared to me. I know his fans are going to think he’s like superman or whatever, but they’ve got weight classes for a reason. I’m 300 f**king pounds and built like a rugby player.”

McGregor steps into the ring for the first time in over two years in a comeback fight later this year, with the former two-weight UFC champion going up against Michael Chandler.

Davis couldn’t help but fire shots at his imminent return, saying backing Chandler to win is “the safest money you will ever bet on a fight in your life. He [McGregor] is in no way ready to fight anyone, not even me.”
