Tottenham vs Sheffield United Betting Tip 1: Tottenham To Win @ 2/7 with BetUK
Ange Postecoglou’s reign as Tottenham Hotspur boss has started in excellent fashion, with the north Londoners picking up 10 points from a possible 12 in their opening four Premier League matches in 2023/24.
Of course, they have suffered defeat in the EFL Cup, where they were shipped out of the competition on penalties against Fulham, however this was with a weakened side with several key figures being rested for the majority of the tie.
Based on their incredible league form prior to the recent international window, we at SportsLens are predicting that Spurs will extend their unbeaten league run with a victory over a winless Sheffield United at home.
The Blades picked up their first point of the season ahead of the internationals thanks to a 2-2 draw with fellow relegation candidates Everton, but they have mostly looked sub-par, especially in front of goal, in their other league outings.
They did almost hold treble-winners Manchester City to a point at Bramall Lane three weeks ago, but for Rodri to net late-on to maintain the Cityzens’ 100% win record in the English top flight, but at 2/7 we’re expecting Tottenham’s revitalised attacking style of play under Postecoglou to prove too much for Paul Heckingbottom’s side, and are backing a comfortable win for Heung-min Son & co.

Tottenham vs Sheffield United Betting Tip 2: Johnson To Score Anytime @ 13/8 with BetUK
Spurs secured one of their main transfer targets on deadline day, with Wales international Brennan Johnson joining from Nottingham Forest for a reported £47.5million.
Johnson feature in both of the Dragons’ matches during the international window, and despite looking sharp – he failed to return in front of goal.
The 22-year-old won’t be guaranteed a start against the Blades, but after training with the squad, and amid Richarlison’s lack of goals in recent times, we’re expecting Johnson to at least make his debut from the bench.
This is why we at SportsLens, are backing Johnson at 13/8 to mark his maiden Spurs outing with a bang by netting at anytime in front of the home faithful at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham vs Sheffield United Betting Tip 3: Norwood To Be Booked @ 15/8 with BetUK
Oliver Norwood has featured in all five of Sheffield United’s matches in all competitions this term, and has missed just 10 minutes of action after being subbed off in the 80th minute against Man City three weeks ago.
The Northern Ireland international already has one booking to his name in the league too, thanks to a caution received on matchday two against Nottingham Forest.
He is also set for a tough midfield battle against the likes of Yves Bissouma and Pape Sarr, and may well be tasked with marking notable foul-winner James Maddison, so at 15/8 we’ve identified Norwood as a strong candidate to be shown a yellow card against Tottenham on Saturday.
