Tottenham Hotspur are willing to calm their interest in Celtic’s Ange Postecoglou until after Saturday’s Scottish Cup Final.
Celtic face Inverness at Hampden Park in the season finale which could see the Bhoys clinch the treble, and Spurs are said to be happy to delay their chase for the Australian.
With Postecoglou’s departure imminent, Celtic are already looking for replacements.
The Aussie is reportedly keen to test himself in the Premier League and feels he could be the man to save Spurs from their recent turmoil.
Interest from several teams has already been lodged this season including Everton and Chelsea.
A win on the weekend would confirm a domestic treble for Postecoglou in just his first season in Scottish football, where he has already won the title and League Cup.
Although Celtic would be hugely disappointed with losing their man, they will not stand in the way of the Aussie. But unluckily for them, a low buyout clause is required for his signature.

The Bhoys have already got their shortlist ready for a replacement, with Steve Clarke, Michael O’Neill and Rafa Benitez linked.
A mutual-agreement ended Antonio Conte’s reign at Spurs in March, leaving them without a permanent manager since and allowing for Christian Cellini and eventually Ryan Mason to take the interim role.
Both temporary coaches were unable to meet the standards of the Spurs board, finishing in 8th position without a European spot.
Their first choice was not Postecoglou, as Julian Nagelsmann withdrew interest earlier this month and former boss Mauricio Pochettino recently signs a deal at rivals Chelsea.
Arne Slot’s proposed move collapsed also, with the Dutchman remaining at Feyernoord.
Postecoglou will relish the challenge of rebuilding Spurs, with a massive task of keeping England star Harry Kane on his hands, amid heavy transfer interest from Manchester United.
Many fans believe it is an impossible task to bring success to the football club as long as Daniel Levy is at the top of the table, although are hopeful of the Aussie’s influence.
