Stephen Bunting Grand Slam Of Darts Odds
After progressing into the last-16 as runner-up in Group E, before then hammering Danny Noppert in the knockout stages, Stephen Bunting is one step closer to winning the Grand Slam of Darts for the very first time. A win at the 2023 Grand Slam for ‘The Bullet’ will see him win his first ever PDC major title, following his BDO World Championship triumph in 2014.
We are guaranteed a new name on the Grand Slam of Darts trophy this year, with none of the remaining players having tasted success in this tournament before. Bunting has every chance of going all the way in Wolverhampton, and looks to be getting better as the tournament progresses.
With the 2024 PDC World Championship just around the corner, the former Lakeside world champion looks to be coming into a rich vein of form just at the right time. A fully-firing Stephen Bunting is more than capable of beating anyone on his day.
The 38-year-old won two of his three group games, hitting seven 180s in the process. Bunting averaged in the 90s for each of his three games, winning two against Peter Wright and Dave Chisnall respectively. His only group defeat came to Stowe Buntz, who he avenged in the quarter-finals.
Rob Cross stands in his way for a place in the final, having gotten the better of “The Bullet” in eight of the 12 meetings between the two.
If you fancy his chances of going all the way, you can back Stephen Bunting to win the tournament at 6/1 with BetMGM.
