Romeo Beckham scored his first goal for Brentford B last night as his last minute header secured all three points in the Middlesex Senior Cup.
Goals from Frank Onyeka and Tristan Crama gave the Bees a comfortable two-goal lead, before Wealdstone shocked everyone in attendance and managed to level things at 2-2. Beckham was subbed on mid-way through the second half and headed home the winner in the final stages.
Joining Brentford on loan from MLS side, Inter Miami, the 20-year-old is slowly earning his stripes and not just relying on his name. Having made numerous appearances for Brentford B, he also appeared in their 3-2 win over Aston Villa Under-21’s.

Last night saw the midfielder score his first goal in England and with Thomas Frank watching, Beckham will be looking to impress from now on.
Frank on Beckham: “Romeo is a very good player, of course he has a name that is pretty worldwide, and big. For Romeo he is himself, but he of course has a big name. You can’t compare the father and son.”
At 20-years of age, Beckham will be hoping this is the start of a long career and maybe even outshine his father, which would be next-to-impossible. With performances like this and contributing to match-winning goals, how long is it before we see Romeo Beckham in the Premier League?
