Older progeny (4yo+) of sire Adaay have a 37 from 276 record (13.4% strike-rate) on the all-weather and backing them blind would have returned a profit of £75.84 to a £1 level stake at SP. BANKRUPT completed his hat-trick when scoring gamely from the front at Lingfield last time, clocking a very fast time in the process (according to Proform’s speed figures), and can go in again.

ERNIE’S VALENTINE, a three-rime winner (twice on the all-weather) for the Paul & Oliver Cole yard, looks interesting on his debut for David Loughnane. His new handler does well at the first time of asking with horses he takes over from other yards, especially in handicaps, scoring with 13 of the 73 qualifiers since the beginning of 2019 (17.8% strike-rate) for a profit of £21.25 to a £1 level stake at SP.
