Olly Murphy has a solid recent record with hurdlers in first-time cheekpieces, scoring with 11 of the 50 qualifiers since the beginning of 2021 for a profit of £28.83 to a £1 level stake at SP. IDDERGEM hung to his left when scoring at Stratford last time and can follow up in the first time headgear.

RED N BLUE DREAM (system – Tom Dascombe, restricted novice stakes, not debut)
Aside from racecourse debutants, Tom Dascombe has a ten from 28 record (35.7%) with his runners in restricted novice stakes for a profit of £33.64 to a £1 level stake at SP. RED N BLUE DREAM finished last of six when 11-1 for last month’s debut at Wolverhampton but can take a big step forward this evening.
KEMPTON 6.00
MINA RASHID (system – Andrew Balding, second-time out 2yo, beaten by 10L or less on debut)
Andrew Balding has a great record with his second time out juveniles and those who were beaten but ran with credit on their debuts, finishing within ten lengths of the winner, often makes good bets. He’s struck with 106 of the 435 qualifiers (24.4%) for a profit of £76.51 to the usual £1 stake. MINA RASHID, best of the closers when third in a soft-ground Nottingham novice on her debut, can get off the mark.
