TUNE IN A BOX (system – Tom Lacey, handicap hurdles)
Tom Lacey does remarkably well in handicap hurdles, some of the hardest races to win, scoring with 127 of the 574 qualifiers (22.1% strike-rate) for a profit of £142.98 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 95.87, A/E = 1.32). TUNE IN A BOX has scored impressively on soft ground the last twice and can complete his hat-trick.

GINGERBRED (system – Hobbs & White, Ffos Las handicaps)
Philip Hobbs, who now trains in partnership with former assistant Johnson White, has an 11 from 45 record in handicaps at Ffos Last (Flat and jumps) for a profit of £18.08 to a £1 level stake at SP. GINGERBRED, whose sole previous win came on this day last year, will appreciate the deep ground and can double his career tally.
CHELMSFORD 6.30
MISS BODACIOUS (system – Karl Burke, second time out 3yos, all-weather)
Since the beginning of 2010, Karl Burke’s second-time-out three-year-olds have a 15 from 68 record on the all-weather for a profit pf £93.58 to a £1 level stake at SP. MISS BODACIOUS, well drawn in stall 3, will have learnt from her debut third at Southwell last month and can get off the mark from her handy draw in stall 3.
