ALBESEEINGYER (system – Al Kazeem, 4yo+ on turf, 5f-1m2f)
Older (4yo+) progeny of the sire Al Kazeem do well on turf over a trip of 1m2f or shorter, landing 25 of their 150 starts in the past five years (16.7% strike-rate) for a profit of £95.63 to a £1 level stake at SP. The Steph Hollinshead-trained ALBESEEINGYER returned from 12 months off to run third at Beverley last time and can go two places better this time.

MM DRAGONFLY (system – Invincible Spirit, first-time tongue-tie)
In the past five years, progeny of the sire Invincible Spirit have a nine from 57 record when fitted with a first-time tongue-tie on turf (Flat and Jumps) and backing them blind would have returned a profit of £25.15 to a £1 level stake at SP. MM DRAGONFLY showed promise in three starts on Dundalk’s Polytrack for Mick Halford and looks very interesting now handicapping on turf for Paddy Twomey, who does well at the first time of asking with horses he takes over from other trainers.

STENMARK (system – Kingman 2yo colts on debut, 7f+)
Kingman juvenile colts have a 21 from 91 record when making their racecourse debut over 7f or further and backing them blind would have returned a profit of £70.45 to a £1 level stake at SP. James Ferguson’s 200,000gns newcomer STENMARK is taken to provide his in-form handler with yet another winner.
