The four-year-old finished second to Voodoo Ray over course and distance in late April on her first visit to the seaside venue and that form was boosted when the winner went on to complete a hat-trick. My Kind Of Girl’s only other course run produced an 18-1 fourth of nine (beaten by just over one length) and the return to this venue will suit after a modest effort at Bath last time. CHOURMO’s all-weather record of 237766547 (0-9) suggests that it’s safe to ignore his seventh of ten at Chelmsford on June 20th and he’s best judged on his turf figures of 0648131 (2-7), improving to 4131 (2-4) on switchback tracks such as Brighton and Epsom. The fourth place came when 66-1 in a Class 4 nursery and the third place by just three-quarters of a length. Mark Gillard’s four-year-old should get a good tow into the race from CORPORATE RAIDER, who made the running when he beat that one by a neck over course and distance on his penultimate start. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or take a fixed odds price.
