Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew found 7-2 Punchestown winner FASTORSLOW on Wednesday and has two recommended bets/trades at Punchestown and Chelmsford on Thursday, May 2nd. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
PUNCHESTOWN 6.35
This 3m handicap hurdle usually goes to a horse who comes from off the pace and those who led or raced prominently in their prep race have a terrible recent record, with the 80 qualifiers since 2016 failing to muster a win between them. No less than 13 of today’s runners fall down on this angle and the one to take advantage could be spring horse ANNA BUNINA, who will appreciate the faster going after her respectable 22-1 seven of 22 on unsuitably soft going in the Pertemps Final. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 or back her each-way at a fixed odds price.
Recommendation: Back ANNA BUNINA in Punchestown 6.35
CHELMSFORD 8.30
DAYTONA LADY did really well to finish fourth in a similar course and distance contest last time out, as her patient running style was at a big disadvantage. The three who finished in front of Ruth Carr’s four-year-old were described as ‘soon raced in second, led over 1f out’, ‘led, headed over 1f out’ and ‘in touch with leaders’. The fifth-placed finisher also raced up with the pace and Daytona Lady had two lengths to spare over the next hold-up horse to finish. Tonight’s race features plenty of pace angles and she’s sure to be finishing to good effect. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or back him each-way at fixed odds.
Recommendation: Back DAYTONA LADY in Chelmsford 8.30
