Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew made a good profit with his buy of DOUBLE NUMBER OF WINNER at Ayr on Wednesday (market made up at 12) and two recommended bets/trades on Thursday, December 21st. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
SOUTHWELL – DOUBLE DRAW
The jockeys have been favouring the stands’ side route in the straight on SOUTHWELL’s Tapeta surface of late and those drawn low who star more towards the far side look to be on the deepest portion of the track. Since the beginning of November, stalls 1, 2, 3 and 4 have a combined record of 0-88 in handicaps on the round course (distances of 6f or further) against an expected winners score of 7.41, suggesting that a buy of DOUBLE DRAW OF WINNER (trading at 94-97 at midday) with Spreadex could be the order of the day.
Recommendation: Buy DOUBLE DRAW at Southwell
CHELMSFORD 7.30
MAVERICK STYLE hung badly to the left when finishing fifth and fourth in 1m nurseries at Chelmsford the last twice but could be worth one more chance now fitted with first-time blinkers and dropped to 7f. The Paul & Oliver Cole yard has a great record when using this headgear, scoring with 16 of the 87 qualifiers since 2012 for a profit of £58.78 to a £1 level stake at SP and Rob Hornby is a good booking (he rides plenty of first-time blinkered winners for Ralph Beckett).
Recommendation: Back MAVERICK STYLE in Chelmsford 7.30
