Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew found well-backed Haydock winner DIVINE COMEDY on Saturday and has two recommended bets/trades on Sunday, May 26th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

CURRAGH 1.25

The market for this 6f fillies’ maiden is dominated by COLD HEARTED and HEAVENS GATE, both placed on their debuts, but newcomer GRANDE MARQUES looks a more interesting bet. Progeny of Starspangledbanner have a solid record on their juvenile debuts, especially on turf, and this February foal could be ready to go. Fozzy Stack has a five from 26 record with his juvenile newcomers from this sire and the early foals (January or February) were four from ten, including a 50-1 winner. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market or take a fixed odds price.

Recommendation: Back GRANDE MARQUES in Curragh 1.25

UTTOXETER 3.35

The Ben Pauling-trained YOUR DARLING is a single-figure price for this 2m4f handicap chase but has never won over obstacles on a left-handed track and has been absent for only 44 days, an inadequate break for the nine-year-old. His five wins have come on his racecourse debut and after breaks of 231, 179, 159 and 112 days and he can be sold in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Oppose YOUR DARLING in Uttoxeter 3.35
