His seasonal debut record over obstacles reads 121U2 (2-5). The unseat occurred at the first fence, so he was effectively having his first run of the season in the Ladbroke Trophy Chase (the race formerly known as the Hennessy) at Newbury next time and he ran a blinder to place at odds of 50-1. Buy at 20 in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or take a fixed odds price.

COLD STARE loves the mud and David O’Meara’s seven-year-old had conditions to suit when back to form with a 10-1 second at Haydock last time.
