HUNTINGDON 3.05
TAP N GO LEO (system – Jonjo O’Neill, handicap hurdles, Huntingdon)
Since the beginning of 2016, Jonjo O’Neill has an 18 from 72 record with his handicap hurdlers at Huntingdon and backing them blind would have returned a profit of £29.05 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 11.27, A/E = 12.60). TAP N GO LEO had caught the eye when third from off the pace over 2m3f at Warwick on his penultimate start and bolted up over 3m1.5f at Catterick next time. He remains open to improvement over longer trips and can land this 3m1f handicap hurdle.
NEWCASTLE 6.00
LADY DORCHESTER (system – Amo Racing-owned newcomers)
Owners Amo Racing have a fine record with newcomers, regardless of age and who trains them. They’ve scored with 41 of the 182 qualifiers (22.5%) for a profit of £39.23 and LADY DORCHESTER, tongue-tied for her debut, looks set to go well in this 5f fillies’ maiden.
